Army Major Terri Selph continues to help both childrens and adults who are victims of the thousands of landmines that litter the Afghan landscape. She has been asking for and receiving Spirit of America donations for wheelchairs, which are quite rare in Afghanistan. Her wheelchair projects have made it possible for several individuals to once again discover the happiness of mobility.
